ICAO ELP Level 4 Training

Fastlink Aviation is now offering the 100-hour ICAO-based English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 course to all pilots. The said course offering is in compliance with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) directive that all Philippine pilots shall be required to hold the ELP Level 4 certificate effective March 2011.

Quality Management Course for ATOs
